Located on the ground floor of the Poughkeepsie Underwear Factory. Kitchen A is partitioned within the community hub cafe space - an open area with tables and chairs.

A smaller shared-use space adjacent to Kitchen A.

PREP/STORAGE LEVEL
Located on the lower level of the Poughkeepsie Underwear Factory, the preparation and storage level is an additional 2,000 square feet of space for storage and prep work that does not require active cooking. Storage shelves and cold storage may be rented monthly.

RIVER VALLEY ARTS CENTER
Located on S. Mesier Avenue in Wappingers Falls, Hudson Valley Open Kitchen operates a satellite facility inside the River Valley Arts Center.
